Music City 10k

Forgive me for taking so long to get this post up. But my life has been going through so many changes. Some good some bad. But the big news coming out of July
was my 4Th of July walk. As many of you know I competed in my 2Th 5k. And after the great time I had in that race I decided to see if i could do a 10k. So I entered the Music City Fourth of July 10k.This race took place in downtown Nashville. As always I was blessed that dear friend Trisha Pena took time out of her day to come down to show her support and to take photos of the race. If you would like to see the photos of the race. The course not a easy one but a very enjoyable one. We would start in front of the Sehermerhone Symphony Center. Head up 4Th ave then cross over the Gateway Bridge. From there the course would take us pass LP Field , The Metro Court House. Through downtown pass TPAC, The state capital and down Broadway. I'm very happy to say I turn in a time of 1:45:43.Not bad for my 1St 10k on a tuff road course. As always I must say " Thank You "to Trisha for all your love,support and believed in me.
